Interface Management

Pegley Consulting has substantial interface management experience drawn from our involvement in many significant and complex infrastructure projects. Interfaces between systems, infrastructure, services and operations are commonly challenging and require careful planning for successful implementation. We understand the importance of identifying all interface points and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the interface requirements are fully understood and integrated within all relevant designs. Early identification and management is essential to avoid costly design changes or schedule delays associated with last minute variations.

Even when carefully managed many interfaces will still present either project or program level risks which must be documented and monitored. We employ proven management processes including project working groups and targeted management meetings to ensure visibility of all project interface requirements and risks. This approach cultivates long term partnerships between project and business partners founded on trust and focussed on the delivery or shared objectives.
