We have a strong understanding of government procurements requirements, the importance of probity and the NSW governments major project tender processes. We can assist government or suppliers at any stage of the procurement process including strategic planning, business case development, project justification and the development of service briefs or user requirements.

Pegley Consulting understands the assurance processes typically applied to the procurement of major assets such as the NSW Asset Management Policy and complimentary assurance schemes applied by the respective government and commercial entities. Specifically in respect to rolling stock we are experienced in the identification and scoping or associated enabling works required to support the introduction of new rolling stock into an existing operational railway; and the importance of including these costs in the financial assessment of tender options.
